How long have you been in business?
D2R Linen, Inc has been in operation since 2015.
How many trucks do you have, and do they all have lift gates?
We have eight trucks of differing capacities to accommodate our customer’s varied needs. The largest is a 30 foot truck and the smallest is a transit cargo van. All of our vehicles have lift gates to serve our customers that do not have loading docks.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. We have all of the appropriate insurance in place.
Can you provide us with reputable references?
Yes. We are currently servicing a large hotel chain in Texas, as well as a local university, and an entertainment venue in Louisiana. We can serve resorts, water parks, or any customer with bed linen and terry cloth goods.
If we give you our business, would you be able to perform work that you don’t have listed?

What is your typical turn around time?
Our typical turn around time is 24 to 48 hours. We accommodate different pick up and delivery schedules depending on our customer’s needs. Contact your account manager to determine a schedule that works for you. We will work with you.
What is your emergency service turn around time?
Our emergency service is on a 24-hour turn around.
